At Gemuro, we strive to ensure you love your gemstone jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return?

  2. We’ll provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the item back, and we’ll process your refund/exchange accordingly.
