Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
How to Initiate a Return?

- We’ll provide you with a return address and further instructions.
- Ship the item back, and we’ll process your refund/exchange accordingly.
